ZUMBA WITH MILENA Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am This Latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest! Instructor: Milena Spratt Join us for this fun throwback step class where you’ll get a full body, low impact, cardio workout! You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, combined with strength movements that will leave you feeling energetic and strong! Instructor: Leah Partidge The barre is used for balance and posture, incorporating weights, tubing and the bender ball.This is an intermediate to challenging class that optimizes your strength. This quick, fun and effective workout is a great way to compliment your gym routine!
