*VIIT - Variable Intensity Interval Training; Must be 16 years & older to attend fitness classes.

Combat -A high intensity workout using functional movements and strength challenges. Spin -No matter what your cycling experiences is, you are sure to have a workout you won’t forget. VIIT - You may know HIIT, but what about VIIT? Variable Intensity Interval Training takes you through high, medium, and low intensity intervals for a well-rounded training session. Yoga - Explore a combination of mindful movements and postures where you can find flexibility, strength, and balance within your body. Focus on challenging yourself or recovery with this guided practice. Barbell Blast - Involves movements designed to build power and enhance functional performance. Exercises will be fol lowed by targeted mobility to complement your training. C-Can Circuit - Join us for an outdoor full-body circuit using the C-Can/Beaverfit fitness area! Flow & Let Go - Instructor: Heather Evans Flow, release, ground, and centre with this yoga class inspired by Vinyasa and release technique (a modern dance style).
