Aqua Fitness Monday 4-5pm - Aqua Groove (Shallow Water)

You are going to have a blast in this low impact aqua fit class that combines strength, cardio, balance, and mobility training with much less stress on your joints than on land. Movements are performed in chest deep water, and you control the intensity to challenge and improve your fitness level. You can look forward to fun Circuit training that incorporates dance moves, kickboxing, Yoga

& Tai Chi. (No swimming skills needed to participate) Wednesday 4-5pm - Aqua Fit (Deep Water)

This effective, no-impact class is designed to improve your muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, range of motion, posture & flexibility while using the resistance of the water. Buoyancy belts and/or Pool Noodles are provided to ensure that you can properly focus on safe, effective body alignment while working your deep core muscles the entire class! No swimming skills are required. Option to participate in this class from the shallow end. Aquatic Class Pricing: save $2/class by registering for the term
