NEPALESE VEGETARIAN CUISINE If you like spicy and exotic flavors this class is for you. We will make a Nepalese Vegetable Curry, Veg etarian Momos (Nepalese version of Tibetan dumplings) and a To mato cilantro Achar dipping sauce. Chef Sonja learned these recipes with a Nepalese Chef while work ing at Victoria’s own Mint Restau rant. Come hungry - we’ll enjoy a delicious meal after the lesson. GLUTEN FREE BREAD Are you tired of the chemically GF breads you find in the grocery store? Join Chef Sonja who has perfected some gluten free bread recipes.
