COURTENAY CHILDREN

Why should your child PLAY in Gymnastics? By PLAYing in a foundation sport, children learn skills that pre- pare them to participate in almost every other sport! These fun- damental body management skills are taught through the move- ment patterns such as; landings, locomotion’s, swings, springs and rotations. As children continue to learn these FUNdamen- tals, they develop a full range of physical abilities (endurance, strength, power & flexibility) and motor abilities (agility, balance, coordination and speed).
