55+ STRENGTH TRAINING (55 years & over) Strength training is great for anyone looking to maintain, build and improve their strength, bal- ance and overall well-being. Our qualified instructor will focus on body weight exercises, portable equipment, bands and dumbbells to help guide you through your fitness journey and offer support at every turn. No class May 24. SIMPLY STRENGTH 1 (55 years & over) Exercises will be taught with a variety of equipment to increase balance, range of motion and strength and will help you regain or maintain your ability to climb stairs, get in and out of a chair or car, and maintain your balance while walking and standing.
