As we continue to monitor and adjust to COVID-19, we have implemented the following precautions within our facility: • Masks required while in common areas • Practice good hand hygiene, wash hands frequently and avoid touching your face • Practice physical distancing by maintaining a dis- tance of at least two metres (six feet) from others • Cough and sneeze into your sleeve, not your hands • Stay home when you, or anyone in your household, are unwell or sick • Please use disposable wipes to disinfect and clean surfaces before and after each use in the Wellness Centre • Wellness Centre staff conduct regular and thorough disinfecting and cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the gym floor with increased frequent cleaning in high traffic areas • No partner workouts or spotting allowed at this time • Must pre book your visit online or by phone for use of Wellness Centre
