AERIAL ARTS ADULT: BASIC TO ADVANCED In this mixed-abilities class we will focus on skills, technique, strength, endurance, creative movement & much more! Each aerialist will have their own apparatus and training area to accommodate social distancing. Students will have the option to work towards creating acts for a show in the last class. Nordic pole walking is a total body workout for cardio, strength and flexibility. The focus in this class is fitness training with Nordic poles using different terrains and elevation in our local parks. No class September 30.
