Two new playgrounds for Courtenay!
Courtenay Park Bookings
Two new bright and colourful playgrounds will be installed this summer and early fall in Courtenay Parks. Both playgrounds have equipment that is best suited to young children 2 - 5 years old and will be a great addition to the City’s inventory as many of the recent playground additions such as at Hawk Glen Park, Puntledge Park and The Ridge have targeted 5 - 12 year olds. Below are artist renditions of the playgrounds.
Courtenay Recreation coordinates the use of all parks and school playing fields located in the City of Courtenay. Field Closures: Fields may be closed due to weather conditions. We would appreciate your cooperation in not using the fields during these times. Courtenay Recreation also books the Artificial Turf Field located at GP Vanier. Please note that only limited spaces are available.
