Drop-in Fitness CARDIO KIX FIT MIX Mondays 9:00 - 10:15 am Start your week off by building your overall strength, sculpting your core and improving your cardio! Instructor: Tammy Jones

CHISELED Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm In this class lower weights are mixed with high reps and cardio, designed to sculpt your muscles and speed up your metabolism. Instructor: Nancy Victoria ZUMBA W/ STACIE Tuesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm This Zumba class with Stacie incorporates international music, dance moves, a great cardio work- out and lots of fun! Instructor: Stacie Cleveland ZUMBA WITH MILENA Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am This Latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest! Instructor: Milena Spratt Physical postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and as meditation are also inte- grated. Instructor: Wendy Davies HIIT Wednesdays 12:10 - 12:55 pm This class involves short and long bursts of plyometric targeting all body parts! This fast and effective strengthen - ing and toning workout is taught so any fitness level can participate. Instructor: Nancy Victoria DANCEFIT SILVER Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 am This lower intensity (but just as fun), dance based fitness class will have you working out to easy-to- follow dance moves, exercises and fun, upbeat music. You’ll get your butt kicked with a mix of equipment based and bodyweight exercises. This class combines cardio, functional train- ing and conditioning exercises.
