Notable building permits in recent years include: • Ocean Village long-term care (congregate care) facility at 2900 Cliffe Avenue with a permit value of $42.5 million. • Lake Trail School seismic upgrades, with permit value of $19 million. Both permits were issued in 2020 and construction is ongoing.
