Develop specific balance training for everyday activities as well as develop mobility and flexibility in the large joints such as hips and shoulders. Minimal equipment used at a low to moderate intensity. Physical distancing and cleaning guidelines will be in effect and you are encouraged, but not required to bring your own mat.
