FLOW YOGA Enjoy a noon hour Hatha style class that flows through move - ment and breath designed to help you connect with your body. Stretch out any kinks, improve your flexibility and tone your mus - cles under the gentle guidance of Daiana Gama. Suitable for those with experience in Sun Saluta - tions. Physical postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated in this class. An overall sense of balance is the goal as we target a full sweep of the body’s range of movements including standing, seated and prone/supine pos- tures. Variations offered allow you the freedom to decide what suits your yoga practice and to deepen your understanding of the pos - tures, breathing and relaxation techniques.
