Class is composed of a warm-up, cardio, cool-down and stretch. Instructor: Fiona McQuillan This popular Saturday morning workout is comprised of every - thing you’ll need to start your weekend off right! Class begins with a cycle workout and then moves to strength and abdominal training. Instructor: Luis Acosta Core and Glutes Galore! This fast and effective strengthening and toning workout is taught so any fitness level can participate. In this sweaty bootcamp workout you’ll get your butt kicked with a mix of equipment based and bodyweight only exercises. This dynamic class combines cardio, functional training and condition - ing exercises. Instructor: Steve Thomson Start your day off just right with this 1-hour full-body workout on a spin bike. Beginner/Interme - diate to Advanced participants welcome. Be ready to challenge yourself, sweat, and feel the fire! Instructor: Nancy Victoria Physical postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated in this class. Previous yoga prac - tice is helpful but not necessary; all levels welcome. Must bring your own mat/block. Limit of 16 participants.
