Although this work- shop is recommended for anyone considering Cathy’s Total Body Fit class, it is not a prerequisite to do so. FOREVER FIT 50 years & up • Cultural Centre A balanced workout that combines functional training, balance and strength work. This class can be tai- lored to your level and ability, from a moderate workout with modifications as needed for beginners or those dealing with injuries, to more chal- lenging exercises for fit older adults looking to stay active and have fun.
