Adult Fitness, Spin & Yoga Individual class registration may be available for $12/class (unless oth- erwise noted) but won’t open until minimum numbers are reached, and generally not earlier than two weeks before the first class. Priority is given to those wishing to book the full session; If you don’t see a calendar view when you try to register online, individual classes are not (yet) available. Register early and save! Except where noted, classes cost just $9 each when you book the full session of a particular program. Programs may be cancelled, however, if they haven’t reached their minimum registration number within a week of the first class, so book early! Due to COVID-19 protocols, traditional drop-ins will not be allowed for any programs/classes this season.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE Gymnasium • Join Ally Greer for an intermediate-level, twice-weekly work- out using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to build cardio, endurance & strength. Modifications will be offered to make the class appropriate for most.
