Safe Facility Rentals and COVID-19

New event and set-up arrangements allow for physical distancing between attendees in all facilities based on WorkSafeBC and provincial health guidelines. From set-up to clean-up, the Comox Community Centre has the space to make your event a success!

New Room Capacities: * Room A: 14 person maximum capacity Room B: 16 person maximum capacity Room C: 16 person maximum capacity

COMOX FACILITY RENTALS Covid-19 Planning: Renters must provide a COVID-19 plan to identify risks and communicate the action plan to event participants. The Community Centre has plan templates for community and private renters and can assist commercial renters identify resources to develop plans. Multi-Purpose Hall Full: 40 person maximum capacity Multi-Purpose Hall 1 or 2: 20 person maximum capacity. Gym A or B: call for more information *Subject to change based on activity. New Facility Layouts: Staff developed new layouts for classroom, boardroom and theatre set ups to optimize attendance with physical distancing.
