Comox Valley Road Runners 5K Clinic This 10-week course is aimed at three levels of runner. 1) Walkers who want to build strength, endurance and speed - turning to a run. 2) Walk/run - a slow, careful introduction to running. 3) Run - helps you build up endurance, distance and speed.
