Designed for those who can confidently swim 25-50m with out help. Improve technique and efficiency in freestyle and backstroke, learn basics of new strokes, and start developing speed in the pool. Military: FREE CAF/DND & Memberships: $70 Without Membership: $84 Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga Mondays 7-8pm January 5 - March 16 19 Wing Multi-purpose Room Come explore the benefits of gentle movement with inten tional breathing to soothe your nervous system, release tur bulent thoughts, ease physical tension, balance energy and leave feeling refreshed. Options offered to encourage you to try, linger, rest and breathe as you require, moment by moment. Classes led from a trauma-sen sitive approach to optimize choice-making. Spin Tuesdays 11:45am-12:45pm January 6 - March 24 19 Wing Multi-purpose Room Wha tever your cycling experience you’re sure to get a workout you won’t forget. Great for beginners and experienced cyclisits. Mobility and Core Wednesdays 11:45am-12:45pm January 7 - March 24 19 Wing Multi-purpose Room Strengthen from the centre and restore sore muscles with this 60-minute class. A smooth combi nation of core activation, mobility drills, and full body stretches. Perfect for all fitness levels.

A total body workout that will chal lenge you every time. Achieve your goals and have fun while doing it! Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) Fridays 11:45am-12:45pm January 9 - March 27 19 Wing Gymnasium Partic ipants will engage in dynam ic drills and functional training techniques to enhance overall athletic performance, coordina tion, and speed. This class empha sizes injury prevention, mobility, and explosive movements.
