Korean martial art and an Olym pic sport. Starting at white belt, students will progress through the coloured belt system while learning exciting kicks, dynamic hand strikes and Olympic spar ring. We maintain a supportive, inclusive and structured learning environment where students can thrive. Classes are varied and fun covering sparring, pad kick ing, self-defense and poomsae (patterns).
