Solid Waste Courtenay Collects App The Courtenay Collects app is a convenient way for households with curbside collection to subscribe to weekly reminders, service alerts and customized calendars. Over the last five years there has been a substaintial increase to the number of household subscribed. Since 2019, the % of households subscribed to Courtenay Collects has increased from 9% to 49%.
